Nice place to call homesubmitted by Milagros C. - |Recommended: YesOverall I really do like the property. New management is making much needed improvements. I'm looking forward to see what other positive changes come.
Communicationsubmitted by Da C. - |Recommended: YesOverall, we like living in the area. Quiet, park near by for children, and a local corner store. Parking isn't the best but its manageable but I'm nervous for what winters are like with the parking. However, I do wish communication was better between the management and the tenants. We call when we have issues, we're always sent to there answering service, leave a message for them to call back and THEY NEVER CALL BACK. Even emailing them isn't guaranteed an answer. Not everyone is able to stop in due to jobs and everyday life. I don't know about anyone else , but feeling at ease when you need your questions answered rent or maintenance is important. Communication is important. I get it may get hectic at work, as it does for many of us but at some point keeping communication with your tenants should have some kind of priority. This is a great community and I see the improvements but hopefully this can be improved in the future.

The overall property is nice .submitted by Edgar C. - |Recommended: YesOverall the community is nice. The only complaints are the laundry rooms bad up keep, the machines don't work at times. , the thin walls and the trash over flowing.
So far, So goodsubmitted by Callie W. - |Recommended: YesI have had a pleasant experience with new management so far, they have been helpful and attentive to my concerns. I also LOVE that the trees were trimmed and that staff can be found riding the carts around it's good to see a staff presence on site where as before, I rarely saw anyone around. The parking, laundry, and garbage situation is terribly inconvenient though. Not the fault of new management, but definitely a future concern. My final complaint, which really isn't the fault of new management either but can be corrected by them, is the quality of people living on this block. My neighbor hosts many guests family members that come and go all hours of the day and night along with leaving trash and dirty plates in the backyard. They have meals during the day and when I come home early from work, there are sometimes pots and pans sitting on their back porch, plates and cups of food on the outdoor table, and I've had problems in the past with bugs coming from their side. When I moved in, I thought this was one of the cleanest and well-kept apartments i've seen but after a few weeks, I quickly learned that the quality of neighbors can hinder that.

Laundy Room Smoke Alarmsubmitted by Diane - |Recommended: YesThe laundry room in Unit 15 is terribly disgusting There are two washers that seem to be running out of four right now. The floor is always wet and dirty, it is full of flies and there is a table that has been in there for the longest that is broken. We have started to use a public laundromat to accommodate our needs. In 248 Branch Brook Drive the smoke alarm has been going off by itself. We have had the Fire Department come to dismantle it since it was after hours. Management had it replaced with a new system but, it is still going off by itself. It has yet to be reinstalled and fixed.
Horrible New Management submitted by Regina L. - |Recommended: NoThis place has went down the drain. We all thought Samantha was bad but the new Management is even worse. They are extremely rude. If you call them they don't answer you have to actually walk to there office and knock on the door for at least 20 minutes before someone comes to attend you. The new rules this place is trying to enforce are ridiculous and absurd. They are over charging for small town houses and not to mention threatening to get rid of some of the tenants pets because now they only are accepting a specific type of breed. You live with bugs, the toilets and bathtubs get clogged all the time. They expect you to know pay 50.00 month for parking which it's first come first serve . There is never any parking on the street either. They are now making you pay for garbage and water So basically from 1,565.00 you will now be paying a little over 2,000 to live in the woodlands. Please bring BBG back

I'm sorry you feel this way, please contact our office with any outstanding maintenance concerns you may have; we also have exterminators onsite every Tuesday and would be happy to send them to your home! We have not imposed any new rules to date, but are certainly enforcing the clauses in the lease which are conveniently referenced on the community reminders; including but not limited to enforcing breed restrictions. If we can assist you in any way, please let us know! *please also note- if you are visiting us in the office on a Saturday, you may experience a longer wait time than usual as there is only one team member in the office at that time; however we are all - always available via email for a timely response. Lots of changes happeningsubmitted by Marcus Y. - |Recommended: NoOld owners didn't seem to care much about the property. Aion seems to care abit more which is great. Home doors getting fresh paint. Different mail slots. Supposedly a picnic area too. We don't know what we are going to do with our personal bbq grille, which going to be hard storing it somewhere, but it looks like everyone will have to find a new home for their grill. It would be great if maintenance can empty the dog stations daily as they get full quickly and overflow. People double park in the parking lots also. I don't know if that is accepted, but something else needs to be done with that. We've noticed lots of churn at this complex, but maybe with this new management people will stay longer as most people move in and before you know it, there gone. If other places were as welcoming to furry companions, I'm sure more would leave also. Well Aion, this is your time to shine, let's see what you got

COULD BE BETTER, A LOT POTENTIAL B C OF NEIGHBORHOODsubmitted by Rosemarie G. - |Recommended: NoI HAVE CURRENTLY BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT A BROKEN STEP INSIDE OF MY DUPLEX AND I HAVE NOT BEEN HELPED, GOD FORBID I FALL. I ALSO HAVE A CRACK IN MY FRONT DOOR ALLOWING INSECTS INSIDE OF MY HOME. I'VE COMPLAINED ABOUT HOW DISGUSTING THE BATH TUB WAS SINCE I HAVE MOVED IN AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT THIS EITHER.

Im mostly happy here but it does need some improvement. submitted by Hayring V. - |Recommended: YesFor the most part it is peaceful and any maintenance issues I've had are resolved right away. I do not like that I hear my neighbors like if they are sitting in my apartment. There needs to be more lighting outdoors because it is very dark at night. Aesthetically, the community could use some changes. Maybe painting the buildings white or light grey and painting the doors and shutters in matching colors would give it a fresh and more modern look and make it look less like tenement housing. The landscape could use more color and updating particularly in the backyard. Also, enforcing that tenants curb their dogs and providing more bag stations throughout would be great

Exterior upgrades have begun; not only have we started to scale back and remove the dead trees throughout the Community, a list of lease reminders have circulated reminding pet owners to properly curb our furry neighbors.
